How the two layers work
The business plan is your annual source of truth. You fill it in once at the start of the financial year and review it only at quarter close. It does not change because the week got hard. The 90-day reset sits underneath it. One strategic outcome for the quarter, then one committed outcome each in revenue, product, content and operations. Everything else is secondary. Each week you name the one thing that will be done by Friday in each area. On Friday you take five minutes to record what finished, what did not, and why. Before you carry anything into next week, you stop, delegate or reduce something first.
